Dicle University, Faculty of Dentistry Journal, published since 1984 and archived since 1990, is the scientific publication of Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry. It will continue its new publication life in electronic format under the name of Dicle Dental Journal (DDJ, eISSN: 2822-6755).

DDJ used to be published twice a year, in June and December. Now, with its new format and name, the journal is published three times a year in electronic form, in April, September, and December. The journal is accepted articles in Turkish and English.

DDJ aims to contribute to the literature by publishing original articles, reviews, and case presentations in all fields of dentistry. The journal’s scope includes articles in Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontology, Prosthetic Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Oral Diagnosis, and Radiology. The articles published with unbiased evaluation principles go through a review process with at least two referees. No fees are charged from the authors under any circumstances or reasons. Since 2022, articles and journals have been archived in PDF format on https://www.dicledentj.com. DDJ website is "open access," so accessing and downloading articles for free is possible.
